Visiting frontline officers again at various locations, CP said the public count on them to restore and maintain law and order, which are their sworn duties. Continuing to remain united, calm and restrained, officers would be able to bring a better tomorrow for Hong Kong. He stressed that public support for the Force is increasing every day, indicating that officers' efforts are recognised.

 

CP reminded officers to get as much rest as possible in order to take on the challenges ahead. As officers' families might be subjected to a tremendous stress during the current difficult time, he called on officers to show care and support to their families.
