Wan-chi, aged 17, attends the Madame Lau Kam Lung Secondary School of MFBM, where her favourite subject is Mathematics.
Wan-chi, a JPC member for more than three years, enjoys swimming in her spare time.
She was presented with her $600 winner's cheque by Ms Yuen Wai-chun, Manager Tuen Mun Division, HSBC.
Wan-chi will put her hard-earned winnings into a savings account.
