Members of the YLDIST Volunteer Team has been providing various services for the community and mentorship to NEC mentees of Project HIMALAYA to help the youngsters brush up their proficiency in Chinese language. On August 20, several community leaders presented certificates of appreciation and banners to the team for its public services.

 

On the same occasion, the mentees of Project HIMALAYA took the opportunity to present a hand-written Chinese appreciation letter to YLDIST Commander Tang Ping-keung. They also prepared some of their traditional snacks for the volunteer team members and guests.
