The Road Safety Team of Traffic New Territories North (T NTN) launched a Model Pedestrian Safety Campaign with the Mass Transit Railway Corporation in Tin Shui Wai  on August 27, in a bid to reduce traffic accidents involving elderly pedestrians.

During this publicity drive, the Chairman of the Traffic and Transport Committee of Yuen Long District Council, Mr Luk Chung-hung, presented awards to five model pedestrians selected on the spot for complying with road traffic regulations.
