Dear Sir,
On 3 October 2013, I reported to the police that my uncle was missing in a shopping mall in Nathan Road. PC8915 and SPC49392 were assigned to investigate my case. PC8915 tried to find my uncle by checking the surveillance camera while SPC49392 tried to do so by driving a patrol car along with me. My uncle was finally located in Canton Road at about 01:15 am and was safe and sound.
Both police constables were intelligent and helpful. They had an excellent skill of finding people and were eager to gather information to deal with the incident. They showed considerable experience in dealing with similar cases. I am very satisfied with their performances and would like to express my gratitude to them.
W. H. Chan
(Editor's note: the officers praised in this letter are PC Ko Ho-tin and PC Fong Yeung-fan, both from TSTDIV)
