At the invitation by the Director of the Dongguan Municipal Public Security Bureau (PSB), Mr Yan Xiaokang, Liaison Bureau (LB) Senior Superintendent Yau Siu-kei led a delegation to visit Dongguan from November 4 to 6. Delegation members included Police Public Relations Branch Superintendent Chan Wing-mee, Police College Chief Inspector Ying Chun-lun, LB Senior Inspector (SIP) Tso Yu-woon and Personnel Wing SIP Tuan Ngar-lun.

 

At a series of seminar, delegation members exchanged views on community policing, public relations strategies, human resources and criminal investigation training with Dongguan PSB leaders and nearly 1,000 public security officers.

 

The visit not only promoted bilateral exchange and co-operation, but also boosted the understanding and friendship between the two places.
