Tai Po Division (TPDIV) held a crime prevention seminar for the store managers of 14 fast food restaurants in Tai Po on November 28 in a bid to creating a good business environment and a peaceful community. A Tai Po District Fight Crime Committee member, Ms Caroline Yee, attended the seminar to show her support for TPDIV's initiativwe. 
 
At the seminar, Tai Po officers disseminated crime prevention messages and introduced law enforcement directions and a hotline for store managers. The store managers and the officers closely examined crime prevention from different perspectives and had an exchange of views and suggestions.  
 
Tai Po Divisional Commander Fung  Wai-ming stressed that the joint effort by police, restaurant stakeholders and the community was the key to creating a good business environment as well as raising public awareness of crime prevention. Police would do its best to achieve those goals with all stakeholders. In response, the fast food shops managers pledged to work closely with police to achieve the objectives of the seminar.
