The Road Safety Team of Traffic Kowloon West (T KW) and the Road Safety Patrol of Kowloon West Region staged a "Road Safety Starts From Me Carnival" in Kowloon Park on December 7. 

 

Acting Senior Superintendent (SSP) Ko Shek-cheong of Traffic Kowloon West; Mr Ho Chi-kai, Chairman of Kowloon City District Road Safety Campaign Committee; Ms Kwan Sau-ling, Chairlady of Yau Tsim Mong District Road Safety Campaign Organising Committee; Mr Cheng Muk-lam, Chairman of Sham Shui Po District Road Safety Campaign Committee and Mr Chan Shue-lui, Kowloon West Regional Commander, Road Safety Patrol, officiated at the Kick-off Ceremony and presented awards to the winners of the Road Safety Artistic Competition 2013.  

 

Stressing the importance of road safety at the ceremony, SSP Ko called on the public to set a good sample to others and refrained from driving after drinking during the forthcoming festive season to help achieve the goal - "Zero Accident, Hong Kong's Goal".
