A member of Kwun Tong District Council, Mr Chan Wah-yu, and the Chairperson of a private tenement building, Ms Tam Yuk-kuen, called at Kwun Tong Police Station on December 16 and presented banners to Kwun Tong District (KTDIST) officers, including members of the Task Force Sub-unit, for apprehending a suspect for stealing letters from the building.
