Marine South Division (MSDIV) continues to support Marine Port District in organising environmental protection activities for officers, their families and friends.

 

To promote the greening concepts, the division ran "Kitchen Waste Recycle" last year to encourage officers to reduce the waste and reuse it as fertilisers or soap.

 

Encouraged by the response to this activity, the division is running a "One man one book, One man one tree, One man one place" project to encourage officers to donate or exchange used books and plants. The donated books and plants will be available in police station for browsing and appreciation. Officers are welcome to take the books and plants home for reading and greening purposes.

 

Marine South Division hopes the project would make officers and their families more conscious of the concepts of recycling and environment protection.
