Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB), in conjunction with its close working partner - the French National Police - invited a highly respected French criminologist, Prof Alain Bauer, to share his experience and knowledge in commercial and technology crimes in a lecture entitled "Crime 3.0: What's New?" on February 19.

 

Prof Bauer has worked closely with a number of top French politicians for a number of years. In addition he has acted as a consultant to the New York Police Department, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department and the Surete du Quebec in Canada. He was also the President of the French National Crime Commission from 2003 to 2013.

 

The audience, consisting officers from Crime Bureaux and representatives from the Foreign Law Enforcement Community in Hong Kong enjoyed an informative and thought-provoking lecture.
