A joint investigation between Narcotics Bureau (NB) and the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP) commencing in December 2012 has led to the neutralisation of a trans-national drug trafficking syndicate with the arrest of core syndicate members and seizure of a large haul of drugs.

 

On March 27, RMP Deputy Commissioner, Dato Haris Wong B Abdullah, led a delegation to call on the Force and expressed special thanks to Acting Assistant Commissioner (Crime) Kwok Ho-fai and presented certificates of appreciation to 11 NB officers.

 

Both Mr Kwok and Dato Haris Wong B Abdullah pledged to continue to work closely to combat international drug trafficking.
