The New Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) Chief Superintendent Steve Hui hosted a tea reception for media representatives on March 31. At the reception, he pledged to continue strengthening communication and co-operation with the media so that the public would understand police work better through media reports.

 

PPRB would also continue to cement liaison with the different sectors of the community, promote community engagement and encourage the public to assist in fighting crime, he stressed. 

 

In the capacity of Chairman of the OffBeat Editorial Committee, Mr Hui attended the committee's meeting on April 10 for the first time.
