Officers of the Tuen Mun District Crime Squad (DCS) 1 swung into action when a consignment of electronic parts worth about $38 million was reported stolen from a warehouse in Tuen Mun on March 11. After three days of hard work, the officers recovered all the stolen goods as they were being loaded onto a lorry for transport to the Mainland.
On May 9, the person in charge of the company concerned presented banners to Assistant District Commander (Crime), Superintendent Andrew Boulton, Chief Inspector Iu Poon-chung and DCS officers for their professionalism and efficiency.
