The Road Safety Team of Traffic New Territories North Region gave a talk on road safety to Senior Police Call (SPC) members from Border District on June 30. The talk covered the major contributory factors of traffic accidents, casualty figures and preventive measures.

Following an experience-sharing session, members of the Elderly Unit of the Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol and the SPC members from Tai Po District staged a play to demonstrate how to use pedestrian crossing facilities properly. In return, the audience pledged to actively take part in road safety campaigns to reduce traffic accidents.
