Emergency Unit Kowloon East (EU KE) Chief Inspector (CIP), Fung Ngai-man, was invited to attend the Passing-out Parade cum Presentation Ceremony of the marching team of the "Self-discipline Unit" (SDU) of the Po Leung Kuk Ho Yuk Ching (1984) College as Reviewing Officer on July 8. Also present at the event were members of the EU KE Volunteer Team.

 

Addressing the SDU cadets, CIP Fung called on them to uphold the spirits of positive life and self-discipline and pursue their goals no matter what hardship or challenges they might come across in future.

 

Since 2007, the EU KE Volunteer Team has been assisting the Kwun Tong Government Secondary School and the Po Leung Kuk Ho Yuk Ching (1984) College in providing training in foot drill, first aids and leadership for the students. At the same time, the team also arranges for students having received the training to visit Force units in a bid to promote Force Values and help the students form a positive image of the Force.
