Re: Suspected Theft Case

 

We would like to express our sincere gratitude and admiration for the outstanding devotion and hard work exhibited by Team Leader, Mr Leung Kwong-man (SGT 54412) and his team, Mr Fong Ka-lok (PC 33822) and Mr Hui Shing-yu (PC 8950) on behalf of our company, which was involved in a suspected theft case in our head office on 3rd July 2014.

 

Mr Leung and his team really deserve recognition for their assistance for a difficult and trying case. Upon their arrival, Mr Leung took time to initially and later follow up with our General Manager of IT & E-commerce (hereafter called "General Manager") concerning suspicion of stolen company property.  When we started investigating we had no idea and no actual witness and proof that it would branch out in a way that would involve so many officers and departments at different levels.  He asked us questions he needed to know, and responded shortly and conducted an investigation.  Mr Leung and his team were professional and courteous to us during the meeting.  The one issue tackled was the compassion and caring they showed in their dealings with the General Manager throughout this challenging and difficult situation.

 

Mr Leung and his team showed absolute professionalism and acted with diligence and integrity in the performance of their duties, while maintaining a high level of respect for and fairness to the suspect.  They represent your department well, and we appreciate the help they extended on that night.

 

Following arrest of the General Manager in our head office, they gained General Manager's consent to enter his house and seized evidence.  They demonstrated the utmost professionalism and support to us.
