The course provided the participants with contemporary, innovative and practical learning that enables them to meet the challenges and demands of global policing environments.

During the course, the Sergeants also had the opportunity to meet the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners of the QPS. The hosts and presenters were enthusiastic in sharing their valuable leadership and management experiences with the Sergeants. All participants found the course very inspiring for developing their management and leadership skills.
