Eastern District (EDIST), Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) and Recruitment Division jointly offered a seminar for 30 EDIST Non-ethnic Chinese Community Ambassadors and parents on August 14 in a bid to enhance awareness of crime prevention.

 

CCB Senior Inspector Victor Poon briefed the audience on the general trend of commercial scams and crimes, while Recruitment Division Senior Inspector Dickie Chan introduced the entry requirements for police officers. The audience asked many questions and showed a great interest in the work of the Force.
