Representatives from a construction company called at New Territories South (NTS) Regional Headquarters on August 22 and presented silver plates and tapestry banners to NTS Senior Superintendent Kwok Ho-yee and officers from Enforcement & Control (E&C) for cracking a construction site theft case.

 

On July 21, officers on patrol on Tuen Mun Highway near a construction site at Yau Kom Tau, Tsuen Wan, spotted a man moving bundles of cables worth $20 000 to a handcart and made off. The officers chased after and arrested the man, who was subsequently jailed for four months for theft.
