From February to May this year, the Regional Crime Prevention Office of New Territories South (NTS) Region invited Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTRC) to jointly organise a series of management training known as “Quality Circles” for the Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) students of an integration programme for NEC youngsters in NTS, “Project Chummak”.

 

The programme aims at training up the youngsters in leadership and communication skills  through group activities and corporate visits. MTRC will also brief the youngsters on its organisation structure and job requirements.

 

“Project Chummak” helps NEC youngsters integrate into the community through training in self-confidence and leadership.
