An eight-member delegation from the Macao Public Security Police Force and the Macao Public Security Forces Affairs Bureau, led by Acting Deputy Commissioner of Public Security Police Force, Mrs Ung Vong Pek-io, paid a study visit to Recruitment Division on March 18.
Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Lau Chi-wai met the delegation while Chief Superintendent Jocelyn Cheung from Human Resources Branch introduced the Force's recruitment work.
The delegation studied the Force's recruitment process, selection criteria and recruitment strategies, and visited the venue for selection interviews. The programme concluded with an experience-sharing session, where both parties exchanged knowledge and experience in formulating recruitment policies. The study visit not only broadened the horizons of both police forces in recruitment, but also strengthened the liaison in the same subject.
