New Territories South (NTS) Region held the Regional Commander NTS' Community Engagement Forum on March 10 for its work partners from various organisations to strengthen interaction and liaison. 

 

Among the guests were Acting Deputy Director-General of Civil Aviation Department, chairmen and vice-chairmen of District Councils, District Officers, chairmen of District Fight Crime Committees and rural committees, and chairmen and vice-chairmen of Junior Police Call Honorary Presidents Councils.

 

At the forum, Regional Commander (RC) Lui Hon-kwok outlined last year's overall crime situation in NTS Region and introduced his Regional Action Plan 2015.  He emphasised that with the Action Plan and partnership with the community, good law and order could be maintained.

 

A video clip was screened at the forum, outlining the Region's work in the past year and highlighting the efforts to fight crime, maintain law and order, and promote crime prevention messages.
