In a question and answer session, the participants were most interested in Mr Tsang's skills of time management. CP said, "Police work is hectic, but I, like everyone of you, only have 24 hours a day. Therefore, we, apart from effective use of time, have to make optimal use of space, resources and manpower, and accomplish our targets."
Impressed by CP's sharing, the JPC members indicated that they learned from him that one should possess ideals and passion for work, plan for the future and put words into action.
Finally, CP said he is calling it a day but will continue to serve the community, adding that he is willing to join JPC activities and offer advice and suggestions where necessary. In response, the JPC members wished him a happy retirement.
