Commissioner Lo Wai-chung joined 50 visually impaired members of the Hong Kong Federation of the Blind in visiting Police College's Aberdeen campus on May 27.
Accompanied by a honorary adviser to the Federation, Mr Paul Surtees, the special guests listened to officers introducing the functions of police equipment and uniforms, and got the feel of the items with their hands.
The Police Band also treated the guests to a mini-concert of well-known Chinese and Western songs, and introduced various musical instruments.
Finally, they thanked CP for joining them in, and Police College's School of Foundation Training for laying on the visit.
