Dear Sirs,

 

We would like to express our wholehearted appreciation for the efficiency and prompt actions taken by officers of Regional Crime Prevention Unit, Eastern District, HKP.  Their efforts had resulted in a deception case being avoided.

 

Members of the Unit arrived in our branch within five minutes after our call. They were polite and patient when enquiring the victim, gaining assistance from our bank staff, and escorting the victim back home. They have impressed our staff on the professionalism of the Hong Kong Police Force. We were also so proud of having participated in the prevention of this crime and protected our old lady customers from losing money at the end. In the process, we were lucky to witness the high standard investigation from the Hong Kong Police and its caring treatment to our citizens.

 

For our corporation and myself, it is our obligation to assist the Hong Kong Police in fighting and preventing crime. We will be more confident to further co-operate with the Hong Kong Police after watching the job well done by the Regional Crime Prevention Unit, Eastern District.

 

It is our honour to have the Hong Kong Police Force to keep Hong Kong as one of the safest cities in the world.
