To forge closer ties with young Non-ethnic Chinese (NEC), Tuen Mun District (TMDIST) arranged officers from Castle Peak Division (CPKDIV) to play a friendly football match with NEC students from the Yan Ping Industrial & Commercial Association Lee Lim Ming College on June 27.
 

At the kick-off ceremony, Divisional Commander CPKDIV Tai Hung-kin and the Principal of the college, Ms Tang Yin-ping, exchanged souvenirs. Following the match, officers took the chance to meet the youngsters and impressed on them the importance of staying vigilant against technology crimes. They also encouraged the NEC youths to help the police prevent and fight crimes.
 

The football match also went a long way towards promoting the friendship between NEC youths and police officers.
