Wong Tai Sin District (WTSDIST) has launched a "Let's Create - Home @ Wong Tai Sin Project" to make youngsters more aware of crime prevention and to promote community harmony through creative competitions, which included Coloring Competition, Environmental Bag Design Competition, Photography Competition and Micro Movie Production Competition. Many schools in Wong Tai Sin took part in the competitions and submitted over 1 000 entries.
 

The project came to a highlight when the "Let's Create - Home @ Wong Tai Sin Project Presentation cum Carnival", jointly organised by WTSDIST, WTSDIST Junior Police Call (JPC) Honorary Presidents Council and WTS District Fight Crime Committee (DFCC), took place on July 4, attracting over 500 participants. Officiating at the event were WTSDIST Commander Chau Cho-kei, Chairman of WTSDIST JPC Honorary Presidents Council, Mr Yeung Chee-tat, and Chairman of WTS DFCC Activity Working Group, Mr Tai Kwok-wai. At the ceremony, the award-winning entries were displayed, while a video on fight scam was played.
