At the 2015 Hong Kong International Airport Customer Service Excellence Programme Award Presentation on July 24, Airport District (APTDIST) was presented with the "Cross-Company Excellence Award" and "Corporate Excellence Award" by the Hong Kong Airport Authority (AA).

ATPDIV had won the "Cross-Company Excellence Awards – Outstanding Customer Service Award" and "Corporate Excellence Award" with a community project, "Project Pre-EMPT" in the past. With a view to promoting the concept of "Security is Everybody's Business" within the airport community, the project won the  "Cross-Company Excellence Award" again this year. Thanks to the tremendous support of the airport community, including the AA and retail shops, APTDIST has set up an airport security network and a Task Force Hotline, offered a series of security workshops and implemented community engagement initiatives. After the launch of the project, use of the Task Force Hotline has resulted in crime cases busted and criminals arrested.

In addition, the Operations Wing of APTDIST and the District Intelligence and Support Section were also presented with a total of 15 "Corporate Excellence Award - Certificates of Appreciation" for providing services to the public, tourists and airport staff while tackling illegal transport activities, baggage theft and overhead compartment theft.
