Cheung Sha Wan Division (CSWDIV), in co-operation with Kowloon West Regional Crime Prevention Office (KW RCPO), Shamshuipo District Police Community Relations Office and Senior Police Call (SPC), offered residents an anti-crime seminar at Un Chau Estate on July 8, with RCPO officers giving a briefing on the trends of phone scams and burglary.

The residents showed a great interest in the officers' briefings, with some recounting their own experiences of thwarting phone scams. The seminar succeeded in enhancing public awareness of phone scams with new modus operandi.

Finally, the officers and SPC members distributed fliers and souvenirs carrying crime prevention messages.
