The Vice-Governor of Qinghai Province cum Director-General of Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department (PSD), Mr Liu Zhiqiang, led a seven-member delegation to visit the Force between August 24 and 26. Mr Liu also paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Lo Wai-chung.

The main objective of the visit was to share the experiences on internal management and supervision, recruitment, police public relations, traffic enforcement and management of auxiliary police officers.

The delegation visited Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch, Human Resources Branch, Conditions of Service and Discipline Branch, Police Public Relations Branch, Traffic Branch, Auxiliary Support Bureau and Narcotics Bureau.

Rounding up his visit, Mr Liu hoped that there would be more exchanges between the PSD and the Force.
