To combat illegal felling of incense tree and discuss how to deter such crime, the second multi-departmental meeting for Operation "PrimeHunter" was held on September 4.

Kwun Tong District spearheaded the operation and the participants included Sai Kung Division, Marine East Division, Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) Marine, RIU New Territories North, District Lands Office Sai Kung, Agricultural and Fisheries Conservation Department, university professors and the Association for the Ecological and Cultural Conservation of Aquilaria Sinensis.
