At the invitation of the Macao Public Security Police (PSP), a Police College delegation met more than 100 PSP officers at a "Knowledge Management (KM) and e-Learning Sharing Seminar" on October 5. Led by Director of Police College Paul Lau, the delegation comprised Deputy Director, Chief Superintendent (CSP) Cheng Tak-ming, Research Centre Superintendent Tse Yuk-lung and Principal Technical Officer Leung Chi-lun of the Learning Technologies Division.

The delegation shared their first-hand experience of the development of KM and e-learning with the Macao officers and offered practical advice on implementation. Mr Lau and CSP Cheng emphasised that successful implementation of KM and e-learning would enhance the overall efficiency of the police and inculcate the spirit of lifelong learning within the Force. The visit also reinforced the understanding and co-operation between the two police forces.
