Director of the Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, Mr Zheng Baigang, accompanied by the Deputy Divisional Chief of the bureau, Mr Zhang Hongjian, paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Lo Wai-chung on October 19.

Mr Zheng and Mr Lo agreed that timely intelligence sharing and co-operation among law enforcement authorities were essential for mitigating the risk of terrorism and combating cross-boundary crimes.

Through the meeting, both Mr Zhang and Mr Lo understood better the challenges they are facing and learned from each other for fighting crime.
