Commissioner Lo Wai-chung officiated at the opening ceremony of the Community Chest Wheelock Swim for Millions 2015 on October 25. Other officiating guests from the disciplined services included Commissioner of ICAC, Mr Peh Yun-lu, Acting Director of Immigration, Mr Tsang Kwok-wai, and Acting Commissioner of Correctional Services, Mr Lam Kwok-leung.

The Under Secretary for Security, Mr Lee Ka-chiu, was the guest of honour at the Award Presentation.

The event is divided into four categories: Relay Races (Corporate/Disciplined Services/School), Family Relay Race, Leaders' Lap, and Golden Kilometer Open Race. The relay races attracted over 80 teams, including three four-member teams from the Police Swimming Club, which raised over $100,000 for the Community Chest.
