New Territories North (NTN) Region held the 2nd Financial Investigation Workshop on November 30 for over 50 officers. In his opening address at the workshop, NTN Senior Superintendent (Crime) Chan Tsan-wing encouraged the officers to make good use of their financial investigation skills and, in suitable cases, apply for confiscation of crime proceeds.

The guest speaker, Chief Inspector Hung Ngan from Narcotics Bureau, addressed the officers on the investigation skills being employed and the difficulties encountered during investigations. He also discussed many aspects of financial investigation with the audience.
