Applications are invited for the "Development Programme for Junior Police Officers (JPO) with Potential" for 2016. Eligible officers should complete the application form in FPM 5-22 and submit it to their Formation Commanders as soon as possible. The development programme has entered its 10th year of operation with more than 2 500 officers having participated in the programme as mentees. The programme incorporate "mentoring and coaching" to ensure that every mentee will have a mentor to offer guidance and advice. Some mentees have been successful in their career developments through their own hard work, mentorship guidance and development opportunities offered by the programme.
