To help frontline officers hone their skills of handling people with mental health problems, the Operations New Territories South (NTS) Region invited Dr Lee Wing-king and staff of Kwai Chung Hospital to share their work experiences with officers from Emergency Unit NTS, Police Tactical Unit A Company and Regional Missing Persons Unit NTS. The session enabled officers to get a better understanding of the mental health issues in the community and the ways to help a Mentally Disordered Person (MDP).
