The Operations Bureau of New Territories South (NTS) Region conducted two joint counter-terrorism response exercises in the last quarter in 2015 at the Shatin Racecourse and MTR Station with officers from Emergency Unit, Police Tactical Unit "A" Company, Counter Terrorism Response Unit and Railway District dealing with a simulated armed attack on a train in a station. During the exercises, they practised the tasks related to immediate tactical intervention, inner cordon and affected person processing.
