With the arrangement made by Police College, Chief Inspector (CIP) Ng Chui-ting and CIP Lam Cheuk-ho led a delegation, comprised four Senior Inspectors and four Police Constables, in paying a study visit to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) between December 7 and 11.

The SPF introduced the work and good practices of its elite units. Commanders at various levels also shared their experiences and views of good practices with the delegation.

The officers also visited the police command post for the 8th ASEAN Para Games 2015 in Singapore and attended a briefing from a Field Commander on security and policing of the event.

Meanwhile, CIP Kwan Chun-yin, who was on secondment to the INTERPOL, arranged for the delegation to tour the INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation in Singapore.

More importantly, CIP Lam strengthened co-operation with the Commercial Affairs Department of the SPF for combating international telecommunications fraud, particularly for intelligence exchange and experience sharing.
