Commissioner Lo Wai-chung presented promotion letters and CP's Commendation to 10 and five officers respectively on January 18.

Heading the promotion list are Mr Patrick Hodson and Mr Yu Tat-chung, promoted to Assistant Commissioner (ACP). Promoted to Chief Superintendent are Mr Yuen Yuk-kin, Mr Mak Chin-ho, Mr Wong Hon-Kwan, Mr James Betts and Mr Chan Joon-sun and Ms Tsang Yim-sheung, Ms Chan Yee-lai and Ms Kwan Chui-ching.

Ms Lam Hiu-tong, who has been promoted to ACP and is attending a course at Royal College of Defense Studies in the UK, received a promotion letter from the Commandant of the college.

Receiving CP's Commendation were Superintendent Chau Hin-hung, Station Sergeant Chang Chun-lap, Sergeant Lam Tin-yan, as well as Police Constable (PC) Chung Kin-shing and PC Chan Siu-fai.
