Following the success of the "Design Competition for Roll Up Stand Banner", Kowloon East (KE) Region has taken another similar initiative - Design Competition for Police Notebook Holder, with a view to promoting Force Information Security Strategy (FISS) and raising officers' awareness of police notebook security. The competition was run under the Staff Motivation Scheme and an award presentation ceremony was held on January 29.

A total of 175 KE Region officers participated in the competition and submitted 54 entries. The contestants' designs displayed a good understanding of the FISS.

Presenting award certificates to the winners of five top and five outstanding entries, KE Regional Commander Duncan McCosh thanked the contestants for supporting promotion of information security.
