Mr Pun Kwok-shan, Shatin District Council member, Mr Choy Kan-pui, and representatives of Tin Sam Village called at Tin Sum Police Station on February 4 and presented a letter of appreciation and five tapestry banners to Shatin District Commander Kwan Chui-ching, Tin Sum Divisional Commander Chan Chun-fai and his officers for swiftly busting a case of criminal damage.

A butcher's shop in Tin Sam Village was splashed with paint on December 24 last year. Tin Sum Division (TSDIV) Task Force officers mounted an operation and arrested a man red-handed when he splashed paint on the shop on December 28. Both Mr Pun and Mr Choy highly praised the officers for their efficiency and devotion to duty.
