Superintendent Kwok Mei-sum and Superintendent Yeung Chun-po attended an overseas development-training programme at the Harvard Kennedy School in Boston, USA, between March 20 and 25. The training brought together 50 government representatives from different countries and regions in America, Europe and Asia for strengthening international co-operation and sharing experiences.

Apart from attending lectures given by different experts on policy design and analysis as well as management and leadership, the participants also exchanged views and the successful practices of a wide range of topics. The training not only provided an effective platform for exchanging professional knowledge and experience but also enhanced international co-operation.
