On April 1, members of the Yuen Long District Fight Crime Committee, Yuen Long District Council, Yuen Long Merchants Association and other stakeholders in the community called at Yuen Long Police Station and presented tapestry banners to Yuen Long District (YLDIST) Commander Fok Lok-sang and officers for their professionalism and devotion to duty.

Uniform Branch officers and detectives of YLDIST busted a cross-boundary burglary syndicate and arrested six persons who had broken into a total of 162 flats in different housing estates in the territory.

There were also several successful detections on serious crimes and joint operations against triad activities and youth crimes, earning the praise of the Yuen Long community.
