To make frontline officers more aware of pickpocketing and the importance of combating quick cash crimes, Yau Ma Tei Division (YMTDIV) offered an Anti-pickpocketing Talk to 40 officers from the intelligence units of Yau Tsim District, YMTDIV and Tsim Sha Tsui Division on March 24.

As a speaker invited by YMTDIV, Station Sergeant Man Tat-fai from Railway District briefed the audience on the trend of pickpocketing cases, the ways to identify and trail suspicious persons and planning of operational deployment. The talk and the question-and-answer session helped the officers tackle quick cash crimes more effectively.
