The Vice-director of Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau, Mr Xu Meng, led a delegation of 24 members to visit Shatin Division (STDIV) on April 13 under the arrangements of the Police College.

Officers of STDIV, led by Divisional Commander Stephen Baker, welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the Formation Action Plan, equipment of frontline officers and policing arrangements of STDIV. They also demonstrated the operation of a body-worn video camera.

The delegation was particularly interested in learning the policing of public events and the deployment of police officers in handling emergencies. Mr Xu hoped to continue co-operation and exchanges with the Force in future.
