The Crime Prevention Bureau (CPB), together with the Regional Crime Prevention Offices and the Transport Branch, took part in the 14th Asian International Security, Safety and Fire Protection Show & Conference titled "Asian Securitex 2016" at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from May 4 to 6.

The Chairman of the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority, Mr Cham Ka-hung, delivered a keynote speech at the conference, while various police vehicles and the Robotcop of CPB were also showcased at the exhibition. Over 10 000 local and overseas practitioners from the security sector attended the event.

The Force has been proactively taking part in exhibitions organised by the security sector to exchange information with the practitioners from Asia in an effort to project a professional image of the Force and to motivate the local security sector to improve their standard of services.
