Senior Superintendents (SSPs) Lui Kam-ho and Alice Lee found a five-day overseas development training course arranged by the Police College a truly rewarding and challenging experience.

Organised by a business school INSEAD in Paris from March 21 and 25, the course on "Leading for Results" aimed to enlighten experienced managers with coaching skills and leadership abilities. The SSPs had the opportunity to meet with 30 top echelons of corporations from the European and Arab countries to increase their understanding of these entrepreneurs' management experience.

Mr Lui and Ms Lee considered the INSEAD journey valuable because it shed light on how they could add value to the Force and the community as a whole to achieve a win-win situation.
