In an attempt to enhance the professionalism and qualities of officers of Sergeant ranks, Yuen Long District (YLDIST) organised a Sharing Session on Integrity Management on May 6 with over 50 Sergeants and Station Sergeants attending.

YLDIST Deputy District Commander Mak Wai-man shared her work experience in the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch, citing examples to illustrate the techniques of managing the cases. The sharing had enhanced officers' confidence in handling matters concerning integrity management.

Ms Mak also made use of the opportunity to talk about interview skills for attending Station Sergeant Promotion Board.
